Distribution & Route Optimization

Turn scattered outlet data into balanced, efficient routes

Upload your outlet book and point-master file. OptiRoute cleans coordinates, flags overlaps, rebalances routes with a provably minimal-route-count partitioning algorithm, and models the financial impact — entirely in your browser.

What goes in each column

outlets.csv — one row per outlet: Region, Area (used to filter), Point (the distribution point this outlet belongs to — must match a Point in points.csv), Route/Section (its current route grouping, if any), Retailer Code, Outlet Name (identifiers, shown in diagnostics), Cluster Name (a locality/cluster label used for grouping), Latitude, Longitude, ADS (average daily sale), and one column per brand holding that brand's volume for commission calculation. Brand columns are detected automatically — any header names are accepted (e.g. B&H, JP, CAPS, Lucky Strike, STAR, PILOT, Derby, Hollywood, Flag, Royals, or generic labels like A, B, C…). A file with the standard 10 volume columns gets the standard per-brand commission rates applied in column order; a column whose header matches a known brand name by name is rated directly.

points.csv — one row per distribution point: Point (name, must match outlets.csv), Latitude, Longitude (the point's anchor coordinate).
